Follow the Support Forums to Stay Informed!

Stay informed about the latest SmashFly releases, updated documentation, and product issues by following SmashFly Support Forums.

This area of the Support Portal is regularly updated with announcements.  Rather than having to check the Portal, you can have these announcements pushed to you. 

To receive these email notifications, simply navigate to the Forums area of the Support Portal, select a Forum, such as SmashFly Support and Issue Announcements for Customers, and click Follow – you’re all signed up! 

 

You can access the SmashFly Support Portal via a couple different access points: 
- From within the SmashFly product, go to SmashFly Support under the User Menu.
- Enter the following URL - http://support.smashfly.com

If you currently don't have access to the SmashFly Support Portal, send an email to request@smashfly.com and our Support Team will provide you access.
